Notification of Rights Under Title VI

The Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization (Maui MPO) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and related nondiscrimination authorities, any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Maui MPO.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the  State of Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) Office of Civil Rights, ATTN: Title VI Specialist, 200 Rodgers Boulevard, Honolulu, HI 96819 or the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) ATTN: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR 1200 New Jersey Ave., SE Washington DC 20590.
